At Siara Global, we are committed to delivering your orders swiftly and safely, whether you're located in India or abroad. Please read our shipping and delivery policy to understand our process, shipping timelines, and charges for both domestic and international deliveries.
1. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 3-7 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- In case of high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances, processing may be delayed. We will notify you via email in such instances.
2. Shipping Within India
- Standard Shipping: Free for all orders above INR 50,000. For orders below INR 50,000, a flat shipping rate of INR 200 will apply.
- Delivery Time: Typically, orders within India are delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
- Tracking: Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email with the tracking details so you can follow your package’s journey.
3. International Shipping
- Shipping Charges: Shipping fees for international orders will be flat $40.
- Delivery Time: International orders typically take 7-15 business days for delivery, depending on the destination and customs clearance processes.
- Duties and Taxes: International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.
- Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been placed, allowing you to monitor its progress.
4. Order Tracking and Status
- You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

5. Delivery Delays
- Occasionally, there may be delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or unforeseen courier service issues.
- In case of any significant delay, we will inform you promptly and keep you updated on the status of your shipment.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Domestic Orders (India): All taxes and duties are included in the product price.
- International Orders: Import duties, taxes, and other customs fees may apply for international shipments. These charges are not included in the shipping fee and are the customer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to understand these costs before placing an order.
7. Undeliverable Packages
- If an order is returned to us due to incorrect shipping details, failure to collect the package, or customs clearance issues, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping charges.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
- If your shipment is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
